To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
We do not share donor’s information with any other organizations nor do we sell or rent our Donor mailing list to any third parties. On our Web site, we do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site. Variety only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, ZIP and postal codes, e-mail addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a Web site visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order to respond to a stated desire to volunteer time, to apply for a scholarship, to request information about our Charity or to make a financial donation on-line.
